By placing an order with Loop & Louise, you agree to the following terms.

All items are handmade or custom-made unless otherwise stated. Because of the nature of handmade goods, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the product’s uniqueness.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Once work has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Final designs are made based on customer-selected details and approval during the ordering process.

Payments

Full payment or deposit is required at checkout. Remaining balances (if applicable) will be invoiced separately upon completion of the item.

Order Completion & Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary based on order complexity and current queue.

Limitation of Liability

Loop & Louise is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control after the item has been shipped.
