All orders are processed and shipped after completion of the handmade or custom item.

Custom Orders

Custom items are made to order. Shipping will be calculated and invoiced separately once the item is completed.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for shipping and provided with shipping cost and options.

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the order. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the order process.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, Loop & Louise is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
