Refund policy

At Loop & Louise, each piece is handmade and often created to order. Because of the custom nature of these items, all sales are final.

Custom Orders

• All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin work.
• Once an order has been started, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
• Each piece is made specifically to your requested design, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Ready-to-Ship Items (if applicable)

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (damage or something incorrect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and find a solution.

Cancellations

• Custom orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and only if work has not begun.
• After work has started or materials have been purchased, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
