A: I make handmade crochet creatures, characters, and custom pieces. Most items fall somewhere between stuffed animals and little personalities—each one is slightly different and made by hand.

A: Yes. Custom orders are a big part of what I do. You can request an animal, character idea, outfit, or general concept, and I'll work with you to design something from there.

Q: How do custom orders work?
1. Choose the commission tier that best fits your idea. 2. Fill out the inquiry form and tell me about your project. 3. I'll review your request and reach out using your preferred contact method. 4. We'll discuss details, pricing, and timeline. 5. If we're both happy with the plan, I'll send an invoice and reserve your spot. 6. I create your piece by hand. 7. Once complete, your order is shipped.

Q: Are custom orders refundable?
A: No. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and cannot be refunded once work has begun. Each piece is made specifically for you.

Q: How long does an order take?
A: Most pieces take about 1–3 weeks, but this can change depending on complexity and current order volume. I'll always give you an estimate before starting.

Q: Do you ship finished pieces?
A: Yes. Once your piece is completed and the final invoice is paid, it will be shipped to you. Shipping cost is added separately at the end based on your location.

Q: Why is shipping not included upfront?
A: Because each piece is custom-made, shipping is calculated after completion so you only pay the actual carrier cost for your exact package.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as work has not started or materials haven't been purchased. After that, cancellations are not possible.

Q: Do all pieces look exactly like the photos?
A: No two pieces are exactly the same. Everything is handmade, so small differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of each item.
