Timeline

All estimated completion timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Handmade items require time and care — I appreciate your patience!

Pricing

A non-refundable payment is required to reserve your spot and begin the design process. Final pricing may vary slightly from the initial estimate depending on the complexity of the desired piece. Any adjustments will be communicated before your invoice is issued.

Approval Process

You will have the opportunity to review and approve the work before your final invoice is sent. Your approval confirms satisfaction with the design.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once work has begun. By paying your invoice, you agree to these terms.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated after completion based on the size and weight of your finished order and will be charged seperately.
